Text description provided by the architects. Agency for Inland Waterways' new headquarters encompasses a restaurant and info point, various sports associations, public areas for sports, cultural and entertainment programmes and a lookout platform overviewing the city and the Danube River.
The building has become a new urban marker and a generator of urbanity in the center of Vukovar.
